Distance to this yurt: When the snow is gone from Gold Fork loop (usually mid May through late November) you can drive 2.4 miles with 350 ft elevation gain (one way) to the summer parking area. You will park then hike 400 yards to the yurt.
When the snow is on the Gold Fork loop (usually late November through mid May) you will park in the Gold Fork Park N Ski parking area, then ski or snowshoe in 2.5 miles (one way) with 350 ft elevation gain.
